(i)There was centralised administration under the governor – General based in Dakar for all the French speaking west Africans with the colonial minister in Paris at the centre

(i)By Impeachment:-The president or vice president may be removed from office whenever a notice of any allegation in writing signed by not less than one third of the president of the senate stating that the holder of the office of the president or vice president is guilty of gross misconduct

(ii)Permanent Incapacity of president:-The president shall cease to hold office if two third majority of all thy members of the executive council of the federation passed a resolution supported by a report of a medical panel that he is suffering from infirmity of the body or mind which has rendered him permanently incapable of discharging the functions of his office
