1a)
The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you. So Abram went, as the Lord had told him; and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he set out from Harran. He took his wife Sarai, his nephew Lot, all the possessions they had accumulated and the people they had acquired in Harran, and they set out for the land of Canaan, and they arrived there. Abram traveled through the land as far as the site of the great tree of Moreh at Shechem. At that time the Canaanites were in the land. The Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your offspring I will give this land. ” So he built an altar there to the Lord , who had appeared to him.
From there he went on toward the hills east of Bethel and pitched his tent, with Bethel on the west and Ai on the east. There he built an altar to the Lord and called on the name of the Lord.

( “the Jezreelite” is the central figure of a passage from the first Book of Kingsin the Hebrew Bible. According to the story, Naboth owned a plot on the eastern slope of the hill of Jezreel, south-west of the Sea of Galilee. [1]Described as a small “plot of ground”, the vineyardseems to have been all he possessed and lay close to the palace of King Ahab, who wished to acquire it to have as a vegetable garden or “a garden of herbs” (probably as a ceremonial garden for Baalworship)[ citation needed]. The king promised compensation, based upon the assumption that Naboth owned the vineyard in fee simple; Naboth, however, had inherited his land from his father, and, according to Jewish law, could not alienate it. [2]Accordingly, he refused to sell it to the king. And king force him to sell and then frame him for the crime he never comitted.

The Coming of the Holy Spirit
2 When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all together in one place. 2 And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. 3 And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested [ a ] on each one of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.
5 Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men from every nation under heaven. 6 And at this sound the multitude came together, and they were bewildered, because each one was hearing them speak in his own language. 7 And they were amazed and astonished, saying, “Are not all these who are speaking Galileans

NO6B
1. The Holy Spirit Is Not an “IT”
Too often we talk about the Holy Spirit as a thing, rather than a person. When we talk about the Spirit, we too often say things like, “Itdoes this anditdoes that.” He is the third person of the Godhead. He is not an “it.”
2. The Holy Spirit is Experienced by Faith
I don’t know of any biblical evidence that supports the idea that Holy Spirit can be physically felt. Things like goosebumps, tingling feelings, or an inner warmness are commonly attributed to “feeling” the Spirit, but those things are simply not how the Bible talks about the Holy Spirit.
3. The Holy Spirit is Known by His Fruit
So the natural question is, “Then how do I know I have the Holy Spirit?” The answer is, by the fruit in your life. If God’s Spirit is living in you and you are walking by His Spirit, then your life will produce a fruit that has certain characteristics.
